OK, I’m finally getting around to writing this on your behalf; sorry it took me so long! I just want to let others know that you are a standup guy. You have done everything you promised and have made your payments to me on time EVERY month.
I also appreciate your idea of increasing your payment to me; obviously this will help my monthly cash flow!
I’m grateful to you for coming along and buying my house so I could return back to Ohio and spend time with my grand kids. Though I tried marketing it previous to calling you, I had been unsuccessful. I remember we just hit it off within the first minute that you came through my front door. By the time we got finished discussing the Diamondbacks, I knew you were the man for me!
It was neat that you were able to give me multiple offers and I was able to choose which one fit ME best! It amazed me how you put the whole process together and closed it in 2 days! I did not realize it could be done that quickly!
I know that this deal did not pan out the way you had anticipated. Of course we now have our standing joke when we talk, wondering if Rod Serling lives in the property. It’s calming to know that you are making payments, protecting my credit, even though the house has remained empty for several months.

Lyle,
Thank you so much for this wonderful news. I apologize for not getting the letter of testimonial to you before now--I have really been overwhelmed at work, and have been working or traveling even on weekends. However, this past weekend was a weekend at home, so I was able to draft the letter and send to you.
Thanks for update and for helping me out with this problem. It's very frustrating when you need help with a situation 100's of miles away and CANNOT even depend on family. Just to let others know, a job transfer took me to Colorado. Equity Consultants and Mr. Reichenbach still decided to buy my home, even though during the time of negotiations the property slipped into foreclosure because a family member was taking care of the property for me but did NOT bother to pay the mortgage!
I thought I would be on the hook for a foreclosure on my credit but Equity Consultants managed to get the property rehabbed and sold BEFORE THE SALE DATE!
Lyle, thanks again for your help and expertise, without you I would have been in trouble! I do hope there was some profit in it for you.
