Equity Con$ultant$ was started in 1994 by Lyle J. Reichenbach, a resident of Phoenix for over 40 years. Mr. Reichenbach has been involved in real estate in various facets since the early 1980’s. These facets include selling real estate as a Realtor®, at one time being the top listing agent in his office, also involved in mortgage reduction (bi-weekly mortgages), limited partnerships and most recently as a private Investor.
Equity Con$ultant$ was started in 1994 as a note buying company, then expanded into raising capital for venture capital and new business projects. Our current primary focus is purchase and resale of single-family homes along with some condos and town homes in the Valley of the Sun.
